This wooden bridge was reconstructed on the location confirmed in the excavation in 1996 (See the photo). It bridged between protruding part of the second ward (Kuruwa) and the third ward. The width of the bridge end on the second ward is 1.8 m and 2.7 m on the third ward. This disproportion was so planned as to make easier to carry out a defensive attack from the second ward (Umadashi Kuruwa) and created hardship for the enemy on the third ward to invade.
